White Hack FAQ – The Clean Cheat Sheet

What water temperature works best with White Hack laundry sheets?

Cold water? Hot water? Either works beautifully. White Hack dissolves in both — from 60°F to 200°F (15°C to 95°C). But here’s the twist: cold is actually our favourite — and it’s all we use. Less energy, less colour fade, same-level clean.

How many sheets should I use per load?

  • Half a sheet = half a load.
  • One sheet = your everyday full load.
  • Two sheets = large, messy situations (post-camping laundry would be our guess).

And yes, tearing a sheet in half is normal!

Warm or cold water – does it matter?

Nope. White Hack is cool with both — literally. It dissolves and performs in any temp. That said, cold washes are lowkey powerful.

Why doesn’t my laundry smell like anything?

No scent? That means nothing’s left behind — because that’s how it should be. No residue. No clingy chemicals. Just clean, breathable fabric.

Used the scented version and still subtle? That’s intentional. A gentle lift of freshness — like your clothes took a spa day, not a perfume bath. Heavy scents often mean leftover gunk on your clothes.

Why don’t I see many suds?

Oh, there are bubbles — just not the ones you’ve been trained to chase.

White Hack makes just enough suds to get the job done, not to put on a soap opera. Traditional detergents often over-foam on purpose — not because it's better, but because it looks like it is.

We’re here to clean, not to put on a show. Let’s talk bubbles next weekend over drinks, yeah?

Are White Hack sheets vegan?

Yes. 100% plant-based cleaning. No animals involved, unless you count your dog watching you do laundry.

Where are White Hack sheets made?

Proudly made in Sweden 🇸🇪 — land of crisp air, smart design, and practical genius.

Do you test on animals?

Never. Not even on grumpy cats. We test on dirty socks. (They don’t complain.)

Is White Hack safe for babies and kids?

Yes – perfectly safe for tiny humans. 👶

No harsh chemicals, dyes, or irritants. For extra-gentle care, go with our Fragrance-Free version. Soft on skin, tough on messes — from onesies to blankies.

Still in protective-parent mode? We get it. Do a quick rinse test or patch test if you like — but rest assured, we designed White Hack with sensitive skin in mind, no matter the age.

Can I use White Hack in hard water?

Yes. Hard water, soft water — White Hack doesn’t discriminate. We clean through calcium tantrums and mineral drama like it’s no big deal.

Is White Hack safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! Free from harsh stuff like dyes, phosphates, optical brighteners, and mystery chemicals. If you're extra sensitive, try the Fragrance-Free version — it’s as mellow as it gets.

Still unsure? Do a patch test. You know your skin best.

How do I use White Hack laundry sheets?

Just toss it in with your laundry. One sheet. Boom.

You can also fold it and place it into your detergent drawer — some say it even dissolves better that way. Whichever route you choose, your machine will get the memo.

Will these work in my machine?

Yes. Front loaders, top loaders, HE machines — we’re universally compatible.

Heard a rumor you can only use pods or liquid? Time to rewrite the rules.

Can I wash delicates with White Hack?

Absolutely. Just go gentle on the cycle. We’re kind to most fabrics — wool, silk, cotton.

Still nervous? Try a patch test.

Your grandma’s lace deserves a little pre-check, don’t you think?

How do these compare to traditional detergents?

Same cleaning power. 80% less water. No plastic jugs. No filler ingredients to pad their margins.

Just clean clothes, minus the marketing fluff.

Feels like a hack? That’s the point.

Translation: not your steamy bathroom. But your linen closet? Perfect.

Bonus: no weird crusting, no weird smells, no rush.
