Return & Refund Policy

6.1. If the product is in its original packaging, unopened, and in a condition fit for resale (required for reasons of health and hygiene), the Client has the right to return the delivered Goods by notifying the Company within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, the Client must email hello@thewhitehack.com and provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) clearly stating the date and location of purchase.
After inspection, the Customer Success team will provide a prepaid shipping label to the Client. A return shipping fee of 9 USD will be deducted from the final refund amount. The package must be sent using this prepaid shipping label within 14 days of notifying the Company. Due to specific warehousing requirements, the Company cannot provide a refund if the Client uses a separate shipping label or service.

6.2. If the Goods are faulty or not as described, the Client must contact the Company’s customer support at hello@thewhitehack.com within 30 days of delivery. The Client must provide detailed information and visual proof (photos or videos) demonstrating the fault.
Once the fault is verified, the customer support team will provide a prepaid shipping label at no additional cost to the Client. The Goods must be returned using this label within 14 days of receiving it. The Company cannot process a refund or replacement if the Client uses a separate shipping label.

6.2.1. After the package with the prepaid shipping label is received and inspected by our staff, a refund will be authorized by the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the refund process may take up to 14 business days to complete and for the refund to be credited to the Client's account. If the Client fails to meet the deadlines outlined in our Refund Policy, the Company will be unable to offer a refund.


6.2.2. All refunds are applied to the original method of payment.


6.2.3. By purchasing Services, the Client agrees to this refund policy and relinquishes any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment, or legal actions.


6.2.4. The Company will not be responsible for the refund or reshipping the order to the other address if the Client didn’t provide correct or full delivery or contact information (including delivery address, email address).

6.3. 30 day money back rules:
6.3.1. The client has a right to change their mind, and return delivered goods within 30 days from the day of delivery. In such cases, the client must contact our customer support at hello@thewhitehack.com within 30 days of delivery and arrange return.


6.3.2. Any goods you wish to return must be in the original packaging and unopened, in a condition fit for resale. If the goods to be returned do not meet these conditions, we will be unable to offer a refund.


6.3.3. Client must deliver the Goods at its own cost to the Return address of the Company. Please note that any initial shipping charges are non-refundable.


6.3.4. Refund will be issued once our team inspect the returned Goods.


6.3.5. All refunds are applied to the original method of payment.
